Also, Ray Dahlgren regarding his father Babe Dahlgren, and his own experiences from a life in baseball. SABR member Mike Rice with analysis of the Mariners and their prospects for the upcoming season. Larry D’Amato (http://www.sportsmanagementworldwide.com/node/812), who teaches a class in scouting and is himself a long time scout and fact checker, will discuss player development vs. free agency. Dan Schlewitz’s topic is “What Goes UP Must Come Down-Or Does It?”, an exploration of Bill James’ Plexiglas Principle.
